Benefits of
Simple structure and low purchase cost;

Disadvantages (the most fatal for UV paint, pay attention to)
UV over-spray paint cannot be recycled
As long as UV ‑ photo-solid paint contacts natural light and UV light in the workshop, it will quickly solidify in the water pool and form hard UV paint slag, which can only be cleaned as waste material. Expensive UV paint is completely wasted and the coating cost is very high.
Production of coating wastewater
Thinners and resins are accumulated in the water circulation for a long time, and regular water change is required. Wastewater belongs to hazardous waste, and the wastewater treatment cost is large;
High humidity in the room
The workpiece surface is easy to be stained with water vapor, and UV spraying is very easy to have shrinkage cavity, pinhole and poor whiteness of paint;
The water pump is easy to be blocked by paint slag and the water curtain is easy to cut off; Moisture UV paint accumulates on the inner wall of the air duct, which solidifies and agglomerates when exposed to light, so it is troublesome to clean;
The exhaust air has moisture, the rear activated carbon exhaust equipment is affected with damp, and the activated carbon loss speed is very fast.
