Ordinary LED-UV and mercury lamp UV light have strong penetration and can fully cure the entire paint layer;
The mainstream wavelength of excimer light source is 172nm short-wave ultraviolet light with extremely weak penetration, which only irradiates hundreds of nanometers on the surface of the paint film:

1. Topcoat spraying is completed;
2. Excimer light only makes the outermost layer of the paint surface crosslink and shrink rapidly;
3. The shrinkage of the surface layer pulls the uncured paint on the lower layer to spontaneously form nano-scale fine wrinkles;
4. Microscopic wrinkles diffuse and reflect light to achieve ultra-low matte and soft skin-feel effect without adding matting powder into the paint.
