The vacuum coating hanging line is a suspending conveying assembly line. The hanging parts take the workpiece through the pre-treatment, cleaning, PVD vacuum coating, cooling and blanking processes * *. It is mainly used for the processing of nanofilm on the surface of high-end metal, plastic and glass bottles, and belongs to the surface treatment production line with higher grade than the ordinary oil injection.

1、 What is suspension wire and working principle
Overhead hanging chain is adopted for conveying, and workpieces are hung on the spreader for conveying; The workpiece is suspended in the whole process and will not touch the conveyor belt, so as to prevent scratches on the surface.
Conveying chains successively pass through: cleaning station → plasma activation chamber → vacuum coating chamber → cooling area → blanking area; The hanger inside the coating chamber supports revolution+workpiece rotation, and is evenly coated with metal film, color film and wear-resistant film by 360 ‑ °.

>Simple distinction: ordinary spraying is spray paint; Vacuum coating is to strike the metal target into atoms in the vacuum chamber and attach it to the surface of the product.
