Overhead suspension conveyor chain
Hollow chain, drive motor, tensioning mechanism, rail, adjustable speed; It can be classified into closed loop type and straight-through type.

Removable sling system
Hooks, brackets, magnetic clamps, clip clips; Glass bottle, blower housing and hardware can be replaced with special slings; The hanger in the coating chamber supports rotation.

Pretreatment section (hanging and conveying)
Ultrasonic cleaning → spray degreasing → rinsing with pure water → hot air drying → plasma surface activation to ensure no peeling off of the film.

Vacuum coating host cavity
Multi-chamber structure: feed vacuum buffer chamber, sputtering coating chamber and discharge buffer chamber, isolated from external air.
