Core Operating Principle

The top three-level filter supplies air to the downward laminar flow. Keep clean and negative pressure in the room to prevent dust from falling to the UV paint surface and causing poor particles;
Reciprocating machine/spraying robot drives automatic spray gun to complete the omni-directional spraying of workpiece;
The negative pressure at the bottom of the excessive UV paint mist is sucked into the recycling host to recycle the excessive UV paint;
Purified waste gas transmission and waste gas treatment equipment; The painted workpiece is sent to UV ‑ LED curing tunnel furnace through assembly line.
